Elon Musk warns to move out of the Merger Deal with Twitter

Elon Musk warned that he may walk away from the 44 Billion dollar deal to take over Twitter if they fail to provide the information regarding SPAM and fake accounts, 

He mentions in his letter that “it is a clear material breach of its obligations as per Merger Agreement” and hence he has the right to terminate the agreement.

The Twitter merger deal is on hold since March when Musk stated that “He will hold the merger deal temporary on hold until he gets the requested data on fake accounts”
